No, July is not suitable time for Darjeeling tour because of monsoon.

July is a month for Monsoons and i would not suggest you to travel to Darjeeling then. Instead you can explore the desserts of Jaipur and Jaiselmer or travel towards Tirupati for shirdi by renting a self-drive car by Myles.

No sir. it's not. Although some parts of Darjeeling like Tinchuley, Takdah looks beautiful in Monsoon. But it's pure off season and Darjeeling Himalaya is Slide prone. You can get stucked any time any place. So, try to avoid Darjeeling in July.

July isn't the right time to visit Darjeeling as there are high chances of landslides during the rainy season, multiple roads will get blocked. instead of going to Darjeeling you can go to mussoorie, nainital or dehradun as it's the best time to visit uttarakhand.

July is suitable for Darjeeling, because you can find clouds floating around drizzling every now and then and obviously to mention the petrichor. But yeas, not beyond Darjeeling. Not at all to Sikkim.
