You can definitely go for Kedarkantha trek in the second week of March as it's open whole year. Just make sure you have proper winter trekking gear as it's quite cold when compared with summer months of May and June.

It's nice!! but dude if you want best of your adrenaline rush then you should try it in winter you'll have the best view .. and also it will be more adventurous.
