Kedarnath is the abode of spirituality at Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand. Facing the Mandakini river, surrounded by snow capped peaks, now is an ideal time to travel to Kedarnath. Kashmir called paradise on earth, surrounded by gardens, lakes and peaks, May is an ideal time to visit Srinagar, Gulmarg and Pahalgam. Though you might not encounter much of snow for now, still the weather is cool and cold by nights during summer. Based on summer month running now, both are ideal places to visit. The choice is yours, though I would suggest Kashmir.

It is perfect for a relaxing vacation, honeymoon, or adventure activities like skiing, houseboat stays, and shikara rides on Dal Lake. If you seek spirituality and adventure, choose Kedarnath.
