You start ur trip at manali, sipti in Himachalpradesh and ladakh terains are in jammu and kashmir, spiti is 175kms from manali, with breathtaking views and less populated tourist, u can njoy pleasant, ladhak is known as land of high passes, which is 475 kms dist from manali, u should take rest point at least one nyt staying at sarchu. then u can start nxt day to leh, so both are different ways, but surely u can njoy the best memorable trip
