Best way, don't plan. but Swiss pass and look to stay in Airbnb in small towns on the outskirts of main city. that's how you will see the best of Switzerland.

check google for thing to do there. find things of ur interest, get flights early from skyscanner site. book airbnb in outskirts. take a schengen visa d if 15 days club with othr countiries too. may be u can add italy as wel to this.

Leysin-interlaken-jungfrau-geneva are the most beautiful and if you could include Chemonix Mount blanc thats an awesome experience

Not the best idea i feel.Switzerland wud be too expensive for 15 days.Accomodation in switzerland is pretty expensive.
