Please plan only in Summers -months from April to Mid August- post that winters could be really strong and kill all the fun. and if you are interested in tulip blooms every year their calendar is updated. please check official amsterdam.sites for the same- since tulip blooms can be available to.see before they are cut around July only upto 3-4 weeks.
