Always ok to go, it offers different vibes in different seasons but best is winter between november to mid march

Time between July to September would offer beauty of green lush environment. While in winters October to November would offer snow white atmosphere.
December and January tends to be more cooler and chilling and conditions at some places become adverse. But it's a very good place to celebrate Christmas and celebrating New year in the mountains .
