The best time to visit Kashmir is March through October. If you want to enjoy Kashmir when the flowers are in full bloom and the alpine meadows at their greenest, this is the best period. Having said that, it can get a bit crowded during these months, considering it is the peak tourist season.

You can visit Kashmir any time. Kashmir had its own beauty in each season. Nov to March you will see lots of snow.you can visit Gulmarg Pahalgam Sonmarg and do gandola rides and sking . In summer from March to June you will see greenery tulip festival which is held in end March to April you must visit at that time you will see different varieties of flowers and tulips.

Anytime of the year.
I went there in the Month of May(it was raining then) but it was so beautiful. You will always find snow in Gulmarg, difference is that in winters the snow is fresh). Pahalgam is beautiful all time.
