The most important thing to eat when in Mumbai is Vada Pav. It’s the pride of Mumbai. Apart from this, Kheema pav (if you prefer non-veg) & Bun maska and Irani chai at Kayani restaurant, omelette Pav at Churchgate station in the eve, go to girgaun chowpatty to have pani puri, bhel puri, cheese pav bhaji, faluda, kulfi of various flavours and so much more! Hit the most famous juice and ice cream joint called ‘Bachlors’ at Charni Road, have a mawa cake at Merwans at Grant Road, if you like South Indian then go to Ramashray at Matunga to have multiple options. As far as the biryani is concerned, you can go to Noor Mohammadi at Bhendi Bazzar.

All these places are in South Mumbai and since you're asking from cuff parade, they may take 1-1 1/2 hrs to reach if you prefer by road depending on the "famous Mumbai traffic". Trying Mumbai locals is one hell of a ride though, you may come across adventures in the locals😉 just kidding! You don't get autos in South Mumbai. Ola/Uber/Mumbai Locals highly recommended! Hope this helps and you enjoy Bombay
Hey Aehsan, I visited Mumbai in December 2015. I loved two restaurants there : 1) Cafe Almas near J. J Hospital- Try lollipop 2)Bademiya- Colaba — Try Kabab Happy traveling!!!
