@pallavi jadhav yes they will email you within 48-72hours they will mention that you will not match to the Criteria so edit it to get the credit even check your spam folder cause mostly i got their mails over there
Do they send email for no credits as well ?? After how many days do we receive that ? any idea ! even I have 2 photoblog for which I haven't received any credits.
It usually takes 48-72 hours but may take even 4-5 days sometimes. Have patience.
UpvoteCommentThen just drop a mail to info@tripoto.com and keep the subject as "Didn't receive credits for my trip" mention your trip name and details in the body below. they'll get back to you.
I have seem the same problem but font warry about if, wait for some days 3 to 4 days the credit well be automatically come....
