Hey Rupam Although I am unaware of the nearby cities which have access to wheel chairs. I can help you with the places in Chennai which are wheelchair accessible. Hi Rupam, unfortunately there are not many places around Chennai that are wheelchair accessible. Puducherry is somewhat wheelchair friendly. Some of its attractions like - Shri Aurobindo Ghosh Ashram, Sri Gokilambal Thirukameswar Temple, Le Club and Promenade Beachwalk are wheelchair friendly. Some areas of White Town are car-free which makes it easier to explore on wheelchair. Mahabalipuram has stairs and no ramp making it difficult to visit on wheelchairs.
