In order to visit Bhutan, visitors are charged a “minimum daily package.” This fee, $250 per day during the peak season months, is a non-negotiable fee that you must pay in order to visit Bhutan. It sounds like a hefty fee, and in some ways it is, but this fee covers all of your meals, 3 star accommodations, your activities, transportation within Bhutan, and a licensed guide and a driver for the duration of your trip.
