Hello Samarth! Gujrat is a vibrant state and the best time to explore this culturally rich land is during festivals like Makar Sankranti and Navratri. During these festivals you can experience the beauty of local fair (melas), delightful local food and obviously meet some amazing people. To visit Gujrat in budget firstly plan the cities you want to explore and the type of accommodation for staying in those cities. The local food is usually cheap. Take a bus/train to reach there and for commuting within the city prefer a local transport.
