In mobile, Huawei currently has best cameras. Mate20 pro and even the new Samsung s10+ packs some good snappers with nifty features, pixel by Google is another good option. However, this devices comes with heavy price. If you want something in budget then oneplus 6t or Huawei v20 alhave good value for money cameras. In case of gopro, the new hero 7 black is currently the best out there with very good stabilization, in budget there is sjcam which are almost half the price of gopro but offer respectable outputs. Yi 4k cam is another such option.

As per my knowledge better you can carry one+ 6t mobile which is worth for Mobile photography ... one of my friend is doing mobile photography and he is using the one+ 6t handset and he is doing great in photography

Samsung s10 it takes both wide angle , easy to manage, good battery life and it has three options from wide to telephoto and it has a night mode and to my surprise pictures come out fantastic
