Yes, it is mandatory to carry an RT/PCR certificate. You should also carry your 1st dose certificate to avoid facing any further difficulties.

Hi Avinash, As per my knowledge, you need to get an RTPCR before traveling to HP if you are not fully vaccinated. However, as these guidelines change at such a rapid pace I suggest you check the HP covid guidelines before your travel.
