If you are going to stay in or near Udaipur for 5-6 days I would recommend Day 1/2 visit all the local spots in Udaipur
Day 3 try to visit Ranakpur jain temple and kumbalgarh fort (127km so start early and be back by evening)
Day 4 try to visit eklinji close to Udaipur City and then nathdwara for its temples and huge lord shiva statue (it's still being constructed 44km away from Udaipur)
Day 5 try to visit Chittorgarh fort (approx. 115 kms from Udaipur) Happy travel and be safe please.
The best time to visit Udaipur is post Monsoons and for that i would suggest, 1. Monsoon palace or sajjangarh palace. 2. saheliyon ki badi 3. moti magri 4. mansapurna karni ropeway 5. lakes at night fatehsagar and pichola lake 6. dine at ambrai ghat at lake view cafes 7. Bahubali hill at sunset 7 and last but not the least offbeat place is badi lake which is around 25 km from the city but worth visiting. If you have more time, do visit Haldighati, nathdwara.
Bahubali hills - a mesmerizing view to the sunset. Follow my profile, you'll get a glance of that place. Raita hills - Ghat with a green blanket of forest and vegetation, will make you forget that you are in Rajasthan. Certainly the most offbeat places to visit.
According to me jüSTa Sajjangarh Resort & Spa is the best hotel in Udaipur. Last month i was visit in Udaipur and it was a wonderful experience. These hotels are located in a safe and clean locality, provide guests with all the basic amenities, the staff is very attentive to provide quick services, rooms are comfortable and spacious and many more. In short, I haven’t faced any problems, while staying there. https://www.justahotels.com/blogs/best-romantic-hotels-in-udaipur-for-couples/
