One doubt.....in thailand,there are 4 main cities for travel.....phuket,krabi,bangkok and pataya..... But in most travel packages,only phuket is included.....can i know why the other 3 cities are not included ?

Phuket is easily accesible, by flight from various other cities & countries. Also until now only phuket was open for international tourists.. Now all other cities have opened with minimum restrictions.
