Yes you can. 1st day when you reach Gangtok in the evening you can go out for shopping and local sightings. next day you can go to nathu la pass, changu lake and baba harbhajan singh pilgrimage and come back. 3rd day more sightseeing towards the tea valley and so on fourth and return back.

I can't find direct flights to bhutan from Bombay? any one has travelled from Bombay??

Bhutan flights are only from Delhi and Kolkata to Paro(only airport in Bhutan)

Best time is Oct-Apr.
Get to Guwhati via air or train and then travel to Meghalaya Guwhati to Maghalaya road is a pleasing one. Or you can directly flyover to Shillong air port
You can hire self drive zoom cars in Guwhati or it is easy to hire a cabs in Shillong and Megahalaya. Every hotel will arrange cabs or even driver on request.

Jim Corbett is a no no if you're planning a budget trip because the real experience will cost over 7k for Jim Corbett alone. I'd say go for Rishikesh (Amazing cafes and interesting spots), then Nainital (beautiful lakes), Haridwar (if you wanna have some religious feels), Dehradun (Again, amazing cafes and dainty feels) and finally Mussoorie for gorgeous hills and #Instaworthy spots!

AnswerWishlistHi Anju, Homestays are great when you are travelling in a large group but if you are travelling only as a couple(i mean only 22 ppl) then staying in a hotel is better. Homestays give you more space to chill out and relax. Sometimes, a homestay will have private swimming pool also.
