Hi, Paragliding in Gangtok is awesome. I didn't find anything about weight restrictions in paragliding in Gangtok but the Darjeeling tourism website says you need to be physically fit and withing normal weight limits(90 kgs). You could always check with the local places where you would do paragliding.

I don't know about Gangtok but if possible try for it in bir billing, it's india's highest paragliding and their flying team is extremely experienced and will calm your fear... and regarding your weight question they will ask about your weight first and will make adjustments accordingly it could be that your glider not glide very high but at least you will have a lifetime experience.

Hello Pallavi. Sikkim is a beautiful place and you'll enjoy it a lot. Sikkim has recently opened the 1st airport in the state - Pakyong Airport. You can take a direct flight there. Another option is travelling to Siliguri and renting a taxi from there. Taxis are easily available from Siliguri to Gangtok and Darjeeling. There are many bike rental agencies in Siliguri from where you can rent a bike if you wish. You can also visit Kalimpong, which is a beautiful town near Gangtok. From Gangtok you can plan a trip to Tsango Lake and Nathula Pass. If you are travelling in the next few days, you'll be lucky to get snow :)

You can go sikkim directly through flight or visit darjeeling first and then from there you will get shared or private car for gangtok. For darjeeling you first need to go NJP ( New jalpaigudi) railwat station, from there you will get cabs for Darjeeling. In gangtok, you can hire easily available cab for local trips and for going to heights for visiting lakes, expert drivers can be booked. All the best.. I am not sure about bike hire in sikkim. Gangtok and Darjeeling is one of the best places i visited so far. happy traveling.

To this route there is no one train going to all this desination. From Chennai you have to come to Madurai whether you want to go for kanyakumari or Rameshwaram
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Hi Sheetal, we went to these places exactly around 2 years back. Let me go through our plan. DAY 1: Reach Rameshwaram from Chennai using Mannai express(16179). You will reach Rameshwaram early morning. Visit Temples and Dhanushkodi. Board train to Kanyakumari. There is a train at 8.40 PM. You will reach Kanyakumari by 5 AM. DAY 2: Watch sunrise and roam around the places. Board train around evening and reach Madurai at night. it hardly takes 5 hour. DAY 3: Visit temples and leave to Chennai by train around 9PM. Have a nice trip. If you need any details please contact me😊😊

Yes we do get credits for photoblogs depending on the content. We can use credits to redeem trips that are organised by tripoto. Expenditures totally depends on the trip as different trips provide with different facilities. Some trips includes travel expense and some dont invluse travel tickets. Most of the trips include stay and food expense. So before you redeem credits for the trip you have to carefully read terms and conditions and itinerary.

Hello, Yes, you do get Credits for photo blogs upto 60 ... and yes you can write a review about the place also .. i would suggest you to publish one photo and then write a brief review about that place and publish ... Pertaining to your question on redeeming credits and taking the trips ..yes, I have got 5 of them and all week awesome ... The conditions do change according to the trip ... usually Tripoto doesn't bear travel expenses and other things will be taken care of ... Kindly read the conditions prior redeeming any trip and you can also send a query mail to info@tripoto.com before you plan to redeem ... Here's the link to my last trip from Tripoto last year to Andaman and Nicobar islands:- https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.tripoto.com/trip/tripoto-s-gift-trip-to-andaman-8-reasons-and-100-photos-best-trip-of-mine-this-year-bestof2018-5c1f6c2e0968b.amp Happy Travelling!!!

Mail them at info.tripoto if they have any upcoming packages since you are low on credits or you can start contributing if you still have time to go on your trip
