You can take HRTC buses to travel between Dharamshala and Manali. HRTC is the state transport. It will cost you around 500 bucks one way. McLeodganj is just close to Dharamshala. You can travel via local busess which will cost you around 15-20 rupees. Within McLeodganj you can either take autorickshaws or just walk around, as it's quite a small place.

Hey Ravindra .... In dharamshala most of the places to visit(stadium/war memorial/tea garden) are at walking distance from bus stand , don't go for any taxi or cab they charge way too much around 200 bucks (to my best knowledge public transport isn't very popular within dharamshala)...but from dharamshala to MacLeod u can take a bus or shared taxi for 20 bucks. In macleodganj the best and affordable mean to cover most sights(dal lake bhagsunag waterfall, sunset point, etc) is rent a scooty it costs 400 bucks per day which is pretty fair ,in case you only want to visit market and cafes you don't need any vehicle everything is around and at walking distance. In manali you have to ask for an arrangement from your hotel they will provide you trackers on sharing basis with other tourists or you can take autorickshaw though these rikshaw ain't no available everywhere suppose if u want to go for gulaba point then again to my best knowledge no autorikshaw or anything available, either personal vehicle or the trackers.. or you can ask about renting a vehicle there too (if available)

Hi! Establish a very good connections with local support staffs like Cab drivers, Hotel personnel, house stays and Cooks. Then build a strong advertisement propaganda in social media. Know your customers and identify what other such tourist agencies are lacking and include that in your company.

Identify your target audience (backpackers, family, couples) and design customised itineraries to suit this specific group. Tie up with vendors/partners for hotels and transport. Establish media presence, you can choose multiple platforms like facebook, instagram.
