केदारनाथ और बद्रीनाथ धाम के द्वार 6 माह के लिए खुले रहते हैं और 6 माह तक बन्द रहते हैं। इस वर्ष दीपावली के आसपास दोनों धामों के पट बन्द किये गए थे। अब अगले वर्ष अप्रैल के अंतिम सप्ताह या मई के पहले सप्ताह में द्वार खुलने की आशा है।

This year, Kedarnath Temple gates would be closed for all the devotees and tourists from 6th November. This is the date when Bhai Dooj is celebrated throughout the country. It will then reopen after 6 months or winter break

You can pick a region of Rajasthan and explore instead of trying to cover few places in this short time.

If you are a first time traveler then North Goa is where you get a free happy vibe. And the beaches there like Baga, Calangute and Anjuna are so close. You also have many water sports, flee markets and great cafes.

Yes, Shikara ride would be open in Dec however it would be partially frozen.

I recently came back from a road trip in Spiti. The road conditions are not great in a lot of places so please check before you start your journey. Shimla road and stay conditions are good, so no need to worry there. Uttarakhand conditions might vary after the recent flood, so I suggest you check the current state of that as well.

UpvoteCommentYou can look out for Haridwar, Rishikesh, Mussoorie, Devprayag, Tehri Dam. All these places are in the vicinity of Dehradun which can be done in 5 days.
