Yes. However you will find it mostly during the ending of December month and not during the starting. You can always check the weather forecast. They are pretty much accurate in terms of prediction.

Nearest place of duduwa national Park is paliyakalan, in lakhimpur district in Uttar Pradesh. paliyakalan is a good city. you stay here.,good hotel and restorent and mall here..
