It depends on several factor. In every tourist place you will get accommodation as per your budget (except the offbeat places). SO you can choose your accommodation accordingly. So randomly it cannot be chosen.
1.We have AccuWeather, which would give you better rainfall details than even the natives of Gokarna.
2.If you genuinely enjoy the monsoons and aren't hassled by the unwelcome rain, Gokarna can be enjoyed during both months.
3.Expect some humidity but the evenings are pleasant.

Sikkim's official website states that entry of tourists is currently prohibited. I would suggest you to have a word with the local service provider before you plan to head out.

With monsoon setting in post mid-July, the temperatures in Rajasthan with be a lot better.
I am riding across Rajasthan from 17th July.

There are two ways to visit Rajsthan. Marwad and Mewad.
Marwad. Jaipur,Bikaner,Jodhpur,Jaiselmer
Mewad. ..Jaipur,Ajmer,Pushkar,Udaipur Chittor garh
Each place require at least two days .Plan your trip accordingly
Buses are not that often, Best way is to hire a Jeep for Sightseeings. nd for seeing many Beautiful places You can't rely on Buses as thwy might not be accessible too
