It is a pity of course that tripoto does not work in India, but in India on all devices from apple whether mac, iphone or ipad works a cool application for video editing. In fact, I use this app https://www.movavi.com/imovie-for-windows.html there very often when I need to edit a video urgently while traveling and I don't have anything but my iPhone at hand.

Economical options would be Bus and Train. But in this pandemic situation i wish you to be safe and go with either a personal car or a cab.
