Visa is not required to visit Bhutan. whereas you should have atleast any one valid document either passport or Voter ID card. if you have any one of these two, you can travel.

You don’t need any visa to visit Bhutan if you are Indian. Although there are some problems for Bangladeshi people to visit there. I don’t know its still there or not. You just need to show your id proof. Its better if you carry your passport.
