Hi Safal, Bhutan Trip Itinerary for December 18-23 Day 1: Arrive at Paro International Airport.
Check into your hotel in Paro.
Visit Paro Dzong, a Buddhist monastery and fortress.
Hike to Tiger's Nest Monastery, a sacred Buddhist site perched on a cliff. Day 2: Drive to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan.
Visit the National Memorial Chorten, a Buddhist stupa built in memory of the third king of Bhutan.
Visit the Folk Heritage Museum, which exhibits Bhutanese culture and traditions
Visit the Tashichho Dzong, the seat of the Bhutanese government. Day 3: Hike to Tango Monastery, a Buddhist monastery located on a hilltop overlooking Thimphu.
Visit the National Institute for Zorig Chusum, a school where students learn traditional Bhutanese arts and crafts.

Absolutely. march is very good as it will be less crowdy and everything easily available like hotels, cabs and at lesser price. also, weather will be cool and good chance of snow. you will definitely get snow at solang valley and atal tunnel. do enjoy your trip in March.
