Thanks Tanisha 🙂
Manali, nestled amidst the majestic Himalayas, offers breathtaking beauty and diverse experiences throughout the year. Deciding the "best" time depends on your preferred activities and weather: Summer (March to June): Pleasant weather: Ideal for sightseeing, trekking, paragliding, rafting, and enjoying the vibrant nightlife. Temperature: Ranges from 10°C to 25°C. Monsoon (July to August): Lush greenery and occasional waterfalls: Perfect for nature lovers and budget travelers (fewer crowds, lower prices). Autumn (September to November): Festive season: Witness Dussehra and Diwali celebrations, enjoy apple picking, and experience fewer crowds. Temperature: Ranges from 5°C to 15°C, with pleasant days and chilly nights. Winter (December to February): Snow-covered wonderland: Ideal for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and enjoying the magical winter scenery. Temperature: Can drop below freezing, with occasional snowfall. 5-Day Manali Itinerary: Here's a suggested itinerary for a 5-day trip, keeping in mind different seasons: Day 1: Arrive in Manali and check into your hotel. Explore the Mall Road, the bustling main street lined with shops and cafes. Visit Hidimba Devi Temple, a wooden temple dedicated to Bhima's wife from the Mahabharata. Enjoy a cable car ride to the top of the Rohtang Pass for panoramic views (summer and autumn only). Day 2: Hike to Vashisht hot springs, believed to have medicinal properties. Visit the Tibetan Monastery, a center of Buddhist culture and learning. In winter, enjoy skiing or snowboarding at Solang Valley, a popular winter sports destination. Day 3: Take a day trip to Naggar, a former princely state with a charming old town and Jagatsukh Monastery, known for its 1000-year-old wooden idol. In summer, go rafting on the Beas River. In monsoon, experience the lush greenery and waterfalls around Rohtang Pass. Day 4: Visit Old Manali, a traditional village with stone houses and apple orchards. Trek to Rohtang Pass (during summer and autumn) or enjoy snow activities in Solang Valley (winter). Relax by the Beas River and soak in the stunning mountain views. Day 5: Do some souvenir shopping at the Mall Road. Enjoy a farewell lunch at a local restaurant. Depart from Manali with unforgettable memories. Additional Tips: Acclimatize to the high altitude gradually, especially if visiting in winter. Pack warm clothes, even in summer, as nights can be chilly. Carry proper footwear for trekking and snow activities. Respect local customs and traditions. Be mindful of environmental conservation and dispose of waste responsibly. Remember, this is just a suggestion, and you can customize it based on your interests and time constraints. I hope you have a fantastic trip to Manali!

According to my experience, the best time to visit Manali is the season, just after the summers and before the monsoons. That time of year is not jucj crowded, you can visit every cafe and tourist locations easily and intime. You can shoot as much content you want, because it is a soothing climate. I will suggest, visit Sisu and Vashist near Manali at this time of year.
