Yes a/c is everywhere but unless you want an indoors holiday I would say don't bother unless it's June or never. Even in the evening it can be so hot and humid that being outside is very uncomfortable. June won't be too bad by Dubai standards.
Dubai in Summer (June – August)
Temperature: The air temperature during the season of summer fluctuates between 33°C and 42°C. Weather: The sun lets loose on Dubai during summer. Wave after wave of shimmering heat floods the city for 12 hours in the day. The temperature can skyrocket to the early forties, and sometimes go further to the fifties. The humidity and heat continue to escalate during these months. Sandstorms whip their way into the city, making it difficult to move around. Significance: With temperatures like these, most of the outdoor activities and festivals are restricted. However, the city doesn’t shut down entirely during this season. The Dubai Summer Surprises festival is spread over 10 fun weeks, with a theme assigned across the weeks. Everything from food, to art to nature is celebrated. Why you should visit now: Although the city is directly in eye of the sun during these months, Dubai’s interiors are air-conditioned and chilly, allowing you to stay comfortably inside during these months. Hotels offer great deals on both food and accommodation. What to know before the visit: Despite the heat, Dubai’s nightlife remains as vibrant as ever. Indulge in retail therapy, as the chilled malls are the best place to spend the summer day. Sandstorm season will also restrict your movements outside, so don’t plan any activities around the city unless it is vital. Tips: Hydration is key during this season. Make sure you’re drinking at least 2-3 litres a day and eat light meals – feeling full during the heat is uncomfortable, to say the least. Dress lightly and carry antiperspirant with you. Above all, try to keep all your trip activities indoor. The exception to this would be a desert safari but do check the weather in advance before you book.
The best time to visit Dubai is during the winter months, from November to April. Whether it’s the malls, the Burj Khalifa, the state-of-the-art venues, the plethora of activities, adventures and experiences and the overall entertainment provided.. January and February see heavy tourist traffic because of the Dubai Shopping Festival.
Pre monsoon months of April- may is always good to head to the mountains. This is the time when the snow has not yet melted fully. It’s pleasantly cool. Also it’s the time of Rhododendrons.
If you like trekking, Sandakphu is the trek you should consider this time. Check out this Sandakphu blog, though its without Rhododendrons at that time.

Ooty is cooler, less spread out (attractions are close by) and if you can stay closer to tea gardens in Coonoor, can be nice. However, it is more than likely to be very crowded. Wayanad is more spread out, has more variety to see (waterfalls, lake, edakkal caves, etc).
You can visit many interesting sightseeing places in Ooty such as Doddabetta Peak, Ooty Lake, Ooty Botanical Garden, Kalhatty waterfalls, Dolphin's Nose, Pykara Waterfalls, Stone House, Emerald Lake, Wax’s World, Ooty Rose Garden, Avalanche lake, Toda Huts, Parson Valley reservoir, St. Stephan Church, Tribal Research Centre, Deer park, Hidden Valley and many other gardens, spice plantations, and viewpoints. Budget would be around 7000 depending on the hotel you choose to stay. There are various Home stay available which are cheap.
We recently visited Diu and it was one of the best trip ever due to the wonderful weather there, we were not feeling that we are near the ocean with humility level only around 40 which was the best part.
Also, yes Diu has too many amazing places to explore.
To answer your question in brief, there's absolutely no such thing of a ‘perfect time’ or a ‘right time’ to visit Goa. The city being an all round tourist destination has always something up its sleeve to offer its guests. Summer being the best to hit the waters and enjoy the beach shack along with a feast at the local eats. Monsoon season being the time where one can see the ever green paddy fields and rent a bike and ride along the narrow roads dotted with coconut tress alongside. And lastly the winters for the season of festivals shows and much more to experience. So yes, April or July or be it December, this city will give you a holiday to remember for sure. In April the weather goes upto 33°C and it's not a peak time.
Covid has been on a very bad surge my girl.In UTs like Goa people are not at all following precautions. Some of my friends have recently visited that place, people are drinking up and dancing all sticking around. In any case if you are okay with that and feel that you can take your precautions and go. Goa is an all year long fun place.
A good question here! 1. Choose your destinations wisely. This is the best time to discover isolated underrated places around. Try to avoid interactions with people you don't know. 2. Keep your masks with you, keep them dry too. Since the cases are increasing everyday, never ever interact with anyone on your trip without a mask. 3. Obviously sanitizers, sanitizing sprays and wipes like NETCO or something. 4. Try to have your own vehicle for the trip. 5. Since summer is on head, search for cooler locations like a cozy tree house or something. Always keep your 1 set of clean sheets with you to At least use it for below your face area. 6. Know the precautionary rules for the location your will be reaching. Stay At home, and try having weekend plans, not anything longer. Stay Safe.
There is no specific "amount" that you need. Once you earn enough credits, you can go through the different Weekend trip/general trip offerings and book them. There's obviously a cap to the number of credits that you can use per booking
