Yes bit it depends on the Mode you travel. If by own vehicle them driving within sunlight is safe While in Public Transport just Go with time table .. else is good.
UpvoteCommentOn Shimla - Kaza - Manali route Lahual amd Spiti is beautiful every where while on Leh route it is again so beautiful lile Keylong, Sissu, Jispa Baralacha La etc..
UpvoteCommentThe most beautiful part in this route is Gramphu to Kaza. The route is awesome specially in May-June when you can see thousands of waterfalls around and snow is still there. One night @ Chandratal lake is must.

AnswerWishlist (1)Best time to visit western ghats is around September, October when heavy rains stops and the western ghats are lush green. The entire Konkan stretch around that time is like heaven on earth!!!!

1000 rs per day will be enough for food and stay. Though it will not be a lavish one. Cost will go down if you can get a partner to share the cost.
