Hi. no covid negative certificate required to travel to himachal state. nothing like it if you have one and are coming from a high load covid state or city, otherwise it's not mandatory.

There is no covid certificate needed in both the cities , am sure about roadways though if you are planing travels via road you won't need it neither in himachal nor in chandigarh.
