Narkanda to Jibhi via Jalori Pass ( tirthan valley) and reach Manali In manali you have tons of things
( Beautiful old houses and culture in old Manali, Solang Valley, Sethan with igloo House , kothi village, sissu via Atal Tunnel and Amazing landscape of Lahaul and Spiti )

Coorg is one of the best places you can go. Apart from the natural beauty in Coorg, there is a small Tibetan town there that you can explore.

Avoid. Himachal as for now. Because of the Glacier outburst. Kashmir is a genuine option for your trip to choose between the two. You can also find various beautiful hilly areas / places in Jammu as well. Try going to Bhaderwah (The Land of Snakes) .You google about the history behind this name. This falls in Jammu region.

Hello there, Some of the best places in Odisha are Simlipal National Park, Deomali hills, Mahendragiri hills. If you are looking for waterfalls then Keonjhar is a good place to visit. Aranya Niwas in Lulung, Mayurbhanj is resort amidst mountain and a must visit place. Also, bhubaneswar and Puri are best for pilgrimage.

But as per recent situation please confirm it with local backpacking groups and then take the decision.
