Do uphill running or jogging before going, squats will help you a lot and stretch your muscles. Climb the stairs instead of taking the elevator. and you are good to go!
Hi there... you don't have to think about it so much ..just take a bus to sonprayag and then to Gaurikund . Rest you have to travel by foot 👣. Don't worry about the food there are lots of langar stalls on the way. carry something to eat while you start the yatra as the trek is tough and after some distance you won't find anything to eat. And most importantly pack your stuff according to the weather there. it can rain anytime there and it's chilly and windy. So keep your warm clothes handy and just say HAR HAR MAHADEV...🕉️🕉️ keep your morale high it will test you to the limits.
Yes.. I stayed at Avondale Cottage, GIB. Its a hotel/resort type, but when i reached there there were 2 tents they had. yu can talk to them for the price and all.
