1. Doonagiri It is situated 14kms from Dwarahat. A temple dedicated to Vaishno Devi is adorned by the locales in Doonagiri. If you are comfortable in riding bike in mountains and have done it before than there is no problem in manali during winters unless the roads gets blocked. Kit up properly and go for it.

Yes. one can travel on a bike around Manali. Take care of snow fall in the region and black hard ice on the roads. if the weather is clear, surely bile ride would be amazing. Try exploring Kothi, gulaba, Solang, vashisth, jogini falls around Manali and Naggar like 1 hr from Manali.
