Can anyone suggest bike rentals in shillong or guwahati that rent scooty without a DL?

You won't get a rental without DL. but recently there have been few bike rental providers. you can search it online.

There are a few bike rentals opening up in shillong after the long covid lag, but i am sure they will all require a DL.

Yes its possible, if you are not travelling there for the first time. If you have been there for a couple of times then you probably know where to stay and how to reach Kedarnath.

You can choose Ajmer-Chandigarh route or Delhi-Chandigarh route. Better to choose both in your to and fro way.

Hill Station - Mussoorie 5-6 hours away cheap accommodation bus fare - around 1500 (average) train to Dehradun + bus - (Cheap) CNG Vehicle - approx. 1000-1200 (Cheapest for 4 persons)
