Now you can't travel to ladhak because of heavy snow fall, you can go Manali and sometimes end of the atal tunnel.

December and January but the govt is imposing lockdown there ir you need to carry covid report to visit there.

It's Always good to travel in winter ( oct to Jan) but if u r rain lover then monsoon is awesome in Kerala specially munnar
