Srinagar-Leh-Manali highway closed till April due to winter season and heavy snowfall.

December is the Best time to visit rameshwaram! If you're visiting rameshwaram plan dhanushkodi too.. Last road of india. You will fall in love with the place. Amd read the history of dhanushkodi before visiting it❤️

Yes you can go , but I guess u need to have covid test certificate with you only then u can travel peaceful

No need for covid certificate to visit goa or anywhere until unless u get through mumbai route and vividh test is necessary only if u get out of mumbai airport.
