I am a banarasi girl, currently in Germany. I would suggest you to Dasaswamedh Ghat and experience evening aarti at ganges. Next is Vishwanath Temple, Sarnath, Sunrise at Ganges. Let me know if you want to try some delicious cuisines, I will share the spots.

Please make sure weather the roads are open before you travel. Last year Leh roads were closed on the first week of the November itself.

Kashmir is open for tourism, infact they need tourists to visit as it is what from which they earn there living. beautiful place. as for restrictions, we need to be a responsible traveller wherever we travel as of now.

It has to be Jammu and Kashmir! I absolutely loved Pahlgam and Srinagar, the views are js too beautiful, the tulip garden, trees of chinar, Dal lake, house boats are mesmerising!!
