You can do the Shimla, Narkanda, Rampur, Kufri, Chail section, or the Kangra, Dharamshala, Mcleodganj, Dalhousie section... many a times there is snow in the beginning of Feb

Yes, the winters are always amazing. Choose to ride a scooter/bike over a four wheeler. The golden fields, blue lagoons and the morning sunshine would make your trip worth your time. Also, the Asia's cleanest river - Umngot in Dawki would be as clear as you could imagine. Generally, it's not clear in the rainy season. So, yes! go ahead and plan a trip to Meghalaya :)
