Yes, Uttarakhand has opened for tourists..all you need to carry is a negative PCR test report

Yes that's a great news. But the local authorities have still not clarified the quarantine period. As of now, it's either a COVID negative report or minimum 5 days quarantine period. However some hotels and homestays still ask for negative reports. Please check confirm before planning.
