Don't know about himachal but I've been to Uttarakhand, twice this month, all you need is a pass, there are 3 check post, one in moradabad, one at Kashipur and one at mohan, you'll need to show them pass and they will pen down your details like vehicle no and all , that's it.

Hi Guys, I heard so much about winters in Canada that I wanted to visit this place during Christmas time. We saw snowfall one day and walked through various landmarks like English Bay, Stanley Park, Burrard Street, Granville Island. Link in comments.!!
