I refer a number of website and links. Also go to Instagram and type the location to see the current temperature and pics of the place. You can message people who recently visited there to know about the weather etc.

Khadakwasla backwaters, Singhad fort( Specially in monsoon season) and singhad road also. Some lakes nearby Pune city is also famous for landscape views like Mulsi, Pavna, Pashan.

The best way to know the information is to call some of the hotels and ask before visiting about the conditions. We all hope that it'll be safe by that time.

I would suggest not to go for trips atleast till the year end. And you can face problem in traveling,since there is no public transport running. Even hotels are closed.

Avoid monsoon.
If you have your own car,you can travel anywhere if you have guts and confidence in driving seat.
