Well, I never use plastic bottles while travelling, especially in the mountains to avoid any damage to environment. Always try to use resuable own water bottle from sometime now

I haven't been to Nepal but walked hours in extreme rains many a time. a good quality rain jacket and a pant along with fully water proof shoes to cover yourself. I do not use dslr during the rains, so can't suggest, however phones are generally water resistant these days and I have used them without any issues. let me know if you want know the brand of shoes and raincoat i use during rains

Solo Trip To Spiti Valley Itinerary
Day 1: Overnight journey to Manali.
Day 2: Arrival in Manali, check-in at the hotel, drive to Kaza.
Day 3: Sightseeing in Kaza.
Day 4: Drive till Tabo Monastery, Sightseeing.
Day 5: Chandratal Trek, ovenight stay at the camp.
Day 6: Head back to Manali, departure. Hope this helps!

This is from my own experience. We have been living a very conventional life. We go to work come back home stay with family and go out on weekends and do clubbing. After a certain point in time of your life, it seems so lame. In my opinion, people don’t like monotonous life and seek for adventure for a change in their lives. I am a solo traveller for the last 2 years. Check my Insta handle: _trave_lo_ My motto is encourage people to travel more often and prove that anyone can travel to anywhere in the world as long he/she wants it.
