No, Jalori Pass remains closed in December. It snows at the top of the pass by mid to late November and the road across the pass gets blocked by snow.

I would suggest to go with running shoes(waterproof/gum boots) as it will prevent ur toes from getting freezed and stiffed(insensitive). You will be able to enjoy for more time in snow with boots than sneakers😃
