Book with zostel they cost me 2000 with gopro.ajay is one of the best pilot there so possible ask for him. at the spot at billing they will charge you around 1500-1800 with gopro but i thought safety concerns so booked with them.

On an average, a 15-20 minute flight costs Rs 2500 including the video by Go Pro and commutation from Bir to Billing (18 km)
