Assuming you meant Shantiniketan, below are the places you can visit -
1. Tagore House
2. Tagore ashram
3. Kala bhavan
4. One museum is also there in the same campus.(I think Rabindra Bhavan). Best time to visit is during poush mela.

I have been to Shantiniketan 4-5 years back, the best time to visit is during Holi or the winter. And try to be there on Saturdays because there you will get the famous Haat. Few places you can visit according to me are: 1. Tagore Ashram
2. Amar Kutir
3. Kopai River
4. Shonajhuri Fair (Sat)
5. Deer Park
6. The University (to get the feel of teaching in a different style)
7. Kala Bhavan
Also there was another river which was very beautiful, maybe Ajai or something like that. Do a bit of exploring, it is a great place.
