Hi Kunal, you can visit Chandratal from Manali and return to Manali in two days. You can hire a taxi in Manali to take you to Chandratal which is about 120km (3 hours and 30 minutes) from Manali. You can spend the night in one of the tents near Chandratal or return to Manali the same day. If you do plan to return to Manali the same day then make sure you start early in the morning. If you do plan to stay in one of the tents near the lake then make reservations in advance. Reservations can be made online or by calling one of the campsites. If you have your own tent then you can pitch it around one of the campsites.
