Take the direct train from Bhopal to Delhi then From Delhi go to Haridwar with bus or train from there by road 25kms to Rishikesh . Some places to visit - Neelgarh Waterfall Neelkanth mahadev Temple, Laxman Jhula. And also do the Rafting in Shivpuri.

Must do camping with Aspen they include water rafting Bungee jumping ( make sure you keep 3/4K in side for that ) Visit Beatles Ashram Do aarti at Parmarth or Triveni Ghat

Go for Rafting the very first day. And go for bungee the second day and visit the sight scene like laxman jhula and enjoy chotiwala restaraunt cuisines.
