Hey, The time totally depends on you as the 1. best time to visit Bhutan in summer is from March to may. but you want to experience the trekking in cold then October is the best time. 2. The best way is by air. But only one company has been providing the same . one can get an international flight from Delhi to paro international airport of Bhutan. But if you want to travel by road then there is bus from Kolkata and Siliguri to Bhutan. 3.
