Hey Mani, You have to carry two document proof (passport and voter ID). All the itinerary you need is valid proofs, including your vehicle's pollution control certificate. You have to obtain permit from RTO at Phuensholing. Check out the road conditions as far as I've known the road condition from Bagdogra to the border is not good.

Day 4: Punakha to Paro
Day 5: Paro
Day 6: Tiger’s Nest
Day 7: continue to your next destination
Flight to Bagdogra
Get a car from there with a permit to Bhutan.
The entrance of Bagdogra side is neither close to Paro or Thimpu.
So it is not really a recommended way unless you have sufficient leaves from work.
