Planning for an international vacation in january 2020. However, we are government servants & need to apply for NOC which is not easy & very time consuming. Pls provide a list of countries that do not require NOC from employer?

You can go to countries where you will get Visa on Arrival like in europe you can go to serbia. Bali and Ubud would be my recommendation. Or else visit Bhutan for its scenic beauty.
