Lot of hostels are there in North Goa and you can select anyofthem according to your preference, booking .com is a good option for that , in my opinion aerostel, the beachside hostel are good ones ..

Zostel, if not available for your dates then try moustache or Gostops. another pocket friendly option is backpackers

Jungle by the hostel world best location,vagator beach is walking distance. plus the place called mango(road side bar) is so amazing which is opened till morning is just beside the hostel.
